From r5 Productions Tomorrow (Friday June 3) Philadelphia’s own super hyped SUN AIRWAY are playing a very special show in The Sanctuary of The First Unitarian Church. The guys have spent a lot of time and effort in preparing what will be a special night - including all sorts of projections and special lighting done inside and outside of the church by The Klip Collective. It’s rare that a local band plays upstairs in the actual church and these guys really stepped it up to make it a special night. Come out and support em! BUY TICKETS The other big news is that we have some new music coming to you next week. We have 2 brand new songs that are going to be released as a 7” in July available from Dead Oceans, but they will be available on itunes and via other digital sources on Tuesday, June 7th. The songs are “Wild Palms” and “Symphony in White, No. 2” and we can’t wait for you to hear them. To change things up from the usual blog premier of some sort or another we’re going old school and premiering the songs on the RADIO. More specifically, Dave P’s Making Time RADio on 88.5 XPN. 11 Year Anniversary Edition. 7-9pm. He’ll be playing both songs on the show along with lots of other awesome stuff as always.
